Our recruiting process is transparent, and we fill all positions based on the same procedure. As a medium-sized company, we have streamlined processes and short decision paths. This allows us to maintain the utmost efficiency – both in cleaning and in recruiting. We review your documents immediately after receiving them and you will learn from us quickly whether your profile fits the advertised position.

The Wetrok application process

As a candidate, you will proceed through the following steps:

Application

You apply for an open position and send us your complete application portfolio. You will receive a confirmation that we have obtained your portfolio. Now we will need some time to review your documents.

First interview

You have gotten past the first hurdle: Your profile matches the job posting. The supervisor from the relevant department will contact you to schedule an interview so you can get to know one another.

Second interview

If there is still interest on your part as well as on our part, we will arrange a second interview with you. A representative from our HR department will also attend this interview. Optionally, a short trial period will be offered.

Employment contract

If we still believe we would be a good match, we will send you a contract offer including job description and staff manual. Once the contract is signed by both parties, you will receive your introduction programme from us before starting the job.

First day of work

Welcome to Wetrok! You start your first day of work and meet your core team as well as your colleagues from other departments. The supervisor will introduce you to your area of responsibility.

Onboarding

You will go through your comprehensive introduction programme, visit any introduction courses specific to your specialist area at the Wetrok Academy and familiarize yourself with your tasks as each day goes by. You will end your onboarding phase with a probationary period interview.
